This gem is for a birthday girl. It's golden buttermilk cake filled with 60% dark chocolate ganache, topped with vanilla whipped cream, with Eclat reserve mendiants-

Thank goodness for pointy chopsticks so I could place those pearls on and around the cake, one by one by one....
